FAQs

Are the trainers certified?

Yes, our trainers have received the highest, nationally recognized, certification in the industry: A-CPT, Advanced Certified Personal Trainer. They are also certified nutritional consultants and have their CPR/AED Certification.

Do you need a doctor’s permission to attend either Small Group Training sessions or Personal Training sessions?

Prior to training, a health history form is completed. Depending on your answers to the health questionnaire, you may be advised to consult your doctor prior to participating in our training programs.

Is there a fee for your initial or follow-up health & fitness assessments?

Currently we are not charging for our initial or follow-up comprehensive health & fitness assessments, if you are an active personal training client.

What is your cancellation policy?

At this time we do not charge a cancellation fee for cancelling your sessions. However, we encourage clients to give us 24 hour advance notice, if they need to cancel a session.

Do you have to sign-up for Small Group Training sessions?

You can show up for the sessions that meet your particular schedule that week. We will be implementing an on-line scheduler in the future, so this process will change at that time.  Note:  If it is your first session with us, we would like to know in advance so the proper forms can be completed prior to the session.

  • Bring a water bottle
  • Bring a work-out mat, if you are attending a Small Group Training session
  • Wear comfortable clothing to work-out in
