Is there a fee for your initial or follow-up health & fitness assessments?
Currently we are not charging for our initial or follow-up comprehensive health & fitness assessments, if you are an active personal training client.
What is your cancellation policy?
At this time we do not charge a cancellation fee for cancelling your sessions. However, we encourage clients to give us 24 hour advance notice, if they need to cancel a session.
Do you have to sign-up for Small Group Training sessions?
You can show up for the sessions that meet your particular schedule that week. We will be implementing an on-line scheduler in the future, so this process will change at that time.
