The Beyond Fitness team is dedicated to your success.  Our trainers have the highest, nationally recognized, certification in the fitness industry.  With their A-CPT certification and extensive hours of hands on training, be assured you will be training with high quality coaches.  You can count on our staff to stay up to date with the latest trends and tools to assist you with your specific goals.  Many personal trainers are known for their cookie cutter approach to training the masses.  Frequently, they train what they want and how they want, not listening to what your actual goals really are.  Whether it is personal or semi-private training; our trainers will take the time to ensure that each work-out is designed with your goals and lifestyle in mind, so that you will achieve maximum results from each session.  In addition, all of our Small Group Training sessions are led by our certified trainers, so you can be assured to have the same quality instruction whether you are in a 1-on-1 personal training session or training in a group setting.

FOUNDER OF BEYOND FITNESS

Connie is owner of Beyond Fitness and knows personally how hard it is to live a healthy lifestyle in today’s fast-paced world.  She is a high energy leader whose mission is to make sure our team is providing the most up to date, quality fitness programming available today.  She is continually striving to improve not only herself, but the trainers as well.  By taking a genuine interest in our clients and their needs, our long term goal is to develop a ‘hybrid training facility’ with a diverse set of Fitness, Health and Wellness services.

Dane brings a high level of enthusiasm to each training session and truly wants to change how fitness is perceived.  He played basketball competitively through high school and played collegiate golf and rugby.  He also played a wide variety of intramural sports in high school and college (basketball, softball, volleyball, fight club, broomball, dodge ball, etc.). Later in college Dane became aware how truly important fitness relates to performance in all sports, and saw huge improvements in his own athletic abilities.  Dane is very excited about the softball and rugby teams he is starting and manages.  He has started specialized training in hopes to participate in the American Ninja Warrior TV series.  Dane spends his free time with Becci and their sons, Evander and Alistar.

 Cole has been very active in exercise his whole life.  Growing up playing sports and working out at the local gym is what got him started on a career path in fitness, something that he truly enjoys.  If not training clients, you will find Cole pushing himself in his own demanding work-outs.  Cole has played a variety of sports throughout high school and college.  He continues to play basketball, softball and a variety of other fitness activities, in addition to being a referee for basketball.  Cole enjoys spending his free time with Cassie and daughter Kiley, at their home in Cologne.

We believe that a person’s Quality of Life can be improved through proper nutrition and exercise regardless of their present fitness level.
