Each individual day the program design will remain the same throughout the entire day.


  • Personal Training and HydroMassage sessions by appointment only
  • Appointments can be scheduled day, nights and week-ends
  • Small Group Training sessions are held throughout the week.  See CALENDAR above for dates and times
  • Our facility is open 15 minutes prior to all Personal Training and Small Group Training sessions
  • Please note that all training sessions are subject to cancellation
